As part of our relocation in April 2024, GRE Services completed the full electrical fit-out of our purpose-built premises at 90 St Vincent Street, Nelson. This redevelopment provided a unique opportunity to design a commercial space that reflects our capabilities, supports our operational growth, and showcases the standard of workmanship we deliver to clients across the Nelson Tasman region.

Our in-house team carried out every aspect of the electrical installation, including complete power distribution, data and communications cabling, energy-efficient LED lighting, emergency lighting systems, and electrical infrastructure to support HVAC and building services. Each element was planned to create a reliable, scalable, and future-focused workspace tailored to the needs of our expanding team.

The new workshop and office environment not only demonstrate our technical expertise and attention to detail—it also acts as a living example of a modern commercial electrical fit-out, highlighting our strengths in lighting design, data integration, and energy-efficient solutions. This project reflects our commitment to innovation, sustainability, and precision in electrical design and delivery, and now serves as both our operational base and a showcase of what GRE Services can achieve for commercial clients throughout the region.
