As a member of SiteWise and SiteSafe, GRE Services undergoes independent annual assessments that evaluate the strength of our health and safety practices. We have achieved SiteWise Gold Status with a rating of 96%, recognising our consistent commitment to industry-leading standards and demonstrating that our systems meet the highest expectations for capability, compliance, and performance.
Our Health and Safety framework includes comprehensive plans, policies, and procedures that are actively reviewed and updated to remain aligned with current legislation, best practice, and the evolving needs of our industry. All GRE technicians and staff complete thorough training and certification, with regular refreshers and quarterly assessments to ensure awareness of risks, responsibilities, and safe-work practices across every aspect of our operations.
Our Health and Safety Manager holds SafePlus NZQA Level 4, Tier 5 certification, reinforcing the strength of our internal systems and our ability to lead safe work environments across multiple disciplines. In addition, two members of our management team have completed the ACC-approved CSC Managing Safely programme, earning the New Zealand Certificate in Workplace Health and Safety Practice (Level 3).
