GRE Services had the pleasure of working on another standout commercial project with Master Valet Drycleaners & Apparelmaster at their newly refurbished premises, located at 14 Gloucester Street in Nelson. The building itself carries a rich history, having once housed Dominion Breweries and later serving as the home of Courier Post, before becoming part of NZ Post.

Master Valet has a deep-rooted connection to Nelson’s history. Originally established at 70 Achilles Avenue, the business then relocated to 218 Trafalgar Street. Tragically, that building was lost to a fire in 1965. However, a new, taller structure rose in its place, marking an architectural milestone as Nelson’s tallest building at the time. Over the years, Master Valet moved to 96 Collingwood Street and now finds itself in its latest home on Gloucester Street.

This project blends modern upgrades with a nod to the city’s storied past, and GRE Services is proud to have been part of it.
