Commercial Solar Design & Install

Our team partnered with Eddyline Brewery to design and install a commercial Solar PV system tailored to their brewing operations and growing energy needs. Located in Nelson/Tasman, the brewery required a reliable, high-performance solar solution that would reduce operational costs, improve sustainability, and support long-term energy efficiency across their site.

Our team installed a 50kW grid-tied inverter paired with 134 Solar PV panels, creating a powerful system capable of generating a significant portion of the brewery’s daytime energy demand. This design not only lowers electricity costs but also reduces the brewery’s carbon footprint — an important part of their commitment to sustainable, local production. To ensure maximum performance year-round, we also implemented ongoing solar system monitoring. This allows Eddyline to track their generation, optimise output, and maintain long-term efficiency as their business continues to grow.

This project demonstrates how commercial operations in the Nelson Tasman region can integrate renewable energy into their business model — achieving meaningful cost savings, reducing emissions, and strengthening their sustainability profile.
