Andrea manages the scheduled maintenance for our clients Building BWOF Requirements, this includes scheduling, administration & coordinating the IQP inspections for our clients. Her role involves liaising with Councils, Building Consultants, and Owners, as well as scheduling our IQP Inspector, handling invoicing, and managing various administrative tasks. As the Administrative Coordinator, Andrea provides a warm and professional first point of contact for clients, ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently. Her versatile skill set allows her to assist in all other areas of the company’s administration. Andrea’s attention to detail and commitment to excellence ensure smooth and efficient operations across the board, making her an invaluable asset to our team.
