GRE Services was engaged to deliver the complete electrical, lighting, and services package for SOHO Apartments, a 38-unit residential development located in the heart of Nelson. Designed for compact, efficient urban living, this project required smart, cost-effective electrical solutions that supported both functionality and long-term performance. Our team completed the full lighting and power design for the central city complex, with tailored electrical solutions across all apartments and common areas. The result is a streamlined environment that maximises usability within small-footprint homes.

To support the development’s energy goals, GRE Services also installed a Solar PV system, providing ongoing renewable energy generation to improve sustainability and reduce operational costs for residents and the building owners. Each apartment was fitted with a heat pump system, delivering reliable, efficient climate control suitable for year-round living in the Nelson Tasman region. SOHO Apartments showcases the effectiveness of coordinated electrical design, and energy-efficient systems within high-density residential builds — all delivered to support the client’s goal of achieving a cost-effective, high-quality result.
